I love South Asian flavors not only for the nostalgia they bring me, but because of the amount of love and care my family and friends put into creating a meal that they love. Maybe that’s why I love Samsāra bars, because they were crafted with so much love as if Sravanti was cooking for us.

As a South Indian myself, it’s so rare to see the flavors I love be represented in the health industry. Kaju katli is my favorite sweet, mango is my favorite fruit, masala peanuts are my favorite snack, and chai is my favorite drink and Sravanti has managed to capture the warmth of all these distinct flavors so well! The Samsāra flavors are genuinely so fun to enjoy and bring back so many memories, and it’s been able to fill that part of myself I’ve felt was missing during my wellness journey.

Wellness is holistic, and this is the one protein bar where I don’t feel heavy or bloated afterwards because it was designed with bodies like mine in mind. The texture is also unlike most other protein bars, it’s not too chewy and there’s variety even within texture too.
